Estate Agents and Inmobiliarias – where do we fit in?
This website was set up by Direct2Spain, which is an Estate Agent in the Region of Murcia, they were often approached by people who had a resale property in other areas of Spain and felt concerned that they were not in a position to help them.
1. Direct2Owner is designed to help owners to sell their property. We have identified a need for owners to be able advertise their property in a way that their property could be spotted by a purchaser direct or an Estate Agent, who will then offer to market the property under their own brand.
2. An Estate Agent may already have a buyer waiting for a particular property and will contact the owner to make an offer on behalf of his client
3. Estate Agents can register on our wish list and they will be notified when a new property has been added to the website.
4. Estate Agents, who are internet based often find it easier to sell off plan properties than re sale properties. When a client returns to then to sell their property that the bought from them off plan, they are sometimes at a loss to know how to help them. Direct 2Owner has the answer, it puts the client in control, with the backing of their Estate Agent and it is so simple
