The Company
Direct2Owner was formed in 2005 after the directors had been successfully running a Spanish Property Sales company called Direct2Spain since 1999. They had noticed that there were plenty of companies selling new and off plan properties in Spain, but it was difficult to find a website selling resale properties in Spain. The main reason for this is, that the sellers can put their properties on with as many agents as they wish and by the time a prospective buyer makes arrangements to visit Spain, the property may be sold. This creates a problem for the buyer and the agent and wastes every ones time and effort.
Company Philosophy
Direct2Owner puts the buyer in touch with the seller and speeds up the whole process. The idea is simple, if you are selling a property, simply add your details to the website, if you are buying a property, simply send an email to the seller. It couldn’t be easier!
